What is the best way to clean the jets of a jacuzzi???

I have tried 100%ammonia on the jets and ran the tub for 30 min. but this still left dirty spots on the jets.

I would try using a couple of liters of TSP powder (hardware store) dissolved in the hot water and turn it on.
