Looking for a hotel room with a hot tub in it / whirlpool, great view of nyc don’t care about the price. Anyone know for SURE a place with these accommodations?

I am am looking for a hotel room with a jacuzzi/hot tub in Dallas, TX. I would like to find a hotel that is at least 3 star but don’t want to pay over 0? Asking too much?

How does one go about getting hotel room without a private jacuzzi, without going on a honeymoon?

I also want to know if the water is already in the tub are do you run it? This is the first time I’ve ever did this and I’m doing it for my birthday next month I just want a Jacuzzi In an hotel room lit with candles and slow jams playing and just relax. OH I’m in Dallas.
