I just joined a gym and they have a (dry) sauna there but I’ve never been in one. I’m not sure what you are supposed to wear since you will be sweating so much but if more than one person is able to come in you don’t want to be naked. Should you just wrap yourself in a towel?

Also, I have a problem with dry skin. So I’m not sure if a sauna would be good for me or not.

I’m extremely sore from muscle training 3 times this past week. I want to go to the gym and do about 45 minutes of cardio today, this should help with the muscle repair, correct??

Also, my gym has a dry sauna. Would it be smart to spend about 15 minutes in there after finishing my cardio and stretching? I have heard that it will help relieve some soreness and keep it from being so bad later. Thanks!

Infared Dry Sauna reaches max temp of 150 degrees F.

I am familiar with installing Porcelain and Ceramic tiles on floors and countertops. But someone is asking about replacing windows in his dry sauna Himalayan salt tiles. Do you still use cement? How about the grout? Will the salt tiles be able to be cut with a standard saw blade or a diamond blade or something else?
Thats supposed to say replace the windows with the Himalayan salt tiles.
