Drain the water out of the pump. It has a drain plug on the bottom. If it is really frozen it is probably too late. Don’t fret and above all, don’t keep turning it on. I did that and melted the heat exchanger. My husband could not believe I could do that. Live and learn!!!

Open the ‘Yellow Pages’ and find a repairman!

Drain the pipes! They will burst and the Jacuzzi motor could be damaged as well. I would call a Jacuzzi Co. for information.

Leave it off and open as main drain plugs as you can. If it hard freezes that may keep things from cracking. Water expands when it freezes. Other than that you can go to a rental place and rent a torpedo. It’s a forced air kerosien heater you will have to heat EVERYTHING up to get it running.
