Is it okay to go in a jacuzzi under these conditions?

I got my wisdom teeth pulled out 3 days ago and I’m sick.
Would it be okay if I went in, because it said to reduce swelling from the extraction to put heat on my face.

There shouldn’t be a problem, but be careful not to sip in any water.
You may ve an infection, go back to the dentist for antibiotics.
