How do you calculate the maximum occupancy of a swimming pool/jacuzzi?

I know it has something to do with length and width???

There is also a maximum number of swimmers per lifeguard so you may get a situation were the maximum number is reduced if the pool can not provide enough lifeguards. This number varies depending on the type and design of the pool but is about 40 swimmers per lifeguard in a basic pool without flumes, waves etc.
Jacuzzi occupancy is usually governed by the number of seats. The disinfectant levels need to be checked regularly and topped up the more people use it.

length x depth x width = volume
PERSON occupany is defined in swimming pools as 15 square foot per person.
Don’t know about jacuzzi!
