How can I disassemble the jacuzzi magnum force pump to clean the impeller?

Those are cleaned by pouring in a solution of CLR into one outlet and having a plug in the other. Let that CLR soak a day or two in there and reinstall the pump. This is routinely done for maintenace of such pumps. Those are plastic impeller in the pump.

Look for bolts or screws on the inlet or outlet. Many are non-maintenance so you cannot do anything with them.
