does using good hair mask while sauna is good for hair or just a protection?

if i applied a hair mask while staying at the sauna is considering good for hair as the heat is gonna make my hair get the mask benefits or nothing would happen but it will just protecting my hair from getting dry ?

I’ve never NEVER EVER done that to my hair.
It’s just another way to keep your hair moisturized. Works only for one day, not permanent.
If your hair is already damaged, it will help 1%

If there is a lot of steam in the sauna wearing a conditioner will benefit your hair. They even have hair steamers you can now buy to give your hair extra moisture while deep conditioning. It’s said that steaming your hair can make it 5X softer than your conditioner alone will.
