I just join a health club. They have finish sauna. For how long should I use it? I herd that you should take a cold shower after using it? Is that ok? What about poring oil in your skin? What kind of oil shlould I use?

I haven’t used my jacuzzi tub yet and when I tested out (filled it up and turned on the jets)…it was loud. Like you can actually hear it turned on. Does anybody who have jacuzzi tubs in their bathrooms have it loud too when they use it? Is it normal? I thought it would sound smooth and that you wouldn’t even hear it turned on.
When I have the jets turned on….can I still use bubble baths and bath salts. Which is better?
Should I use the jets (since its KINDA loud) or should I just fill it up and put bubbles in it. And if its ok to have a little noise am I able to do both?
