I’m extremely sore from muscle training 3 times this past week. I want to go to the gym and do about 45 minutes of cardio today, this should help with the muscle repair, correct??
Also, my gym has a dry sauna. Would it be smart to spend about 15 minutes in there after finishing my cardio and stretching? I have heard that it will help relieve some soreness and keep it from being so bad later. Thanks!
We just bought a brand spankin new house with a corner jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. My fiance’s family told us to clean it by filling it with water, add a bit of Clorox, and run the jets for 1/2 an hour. The water turned brown and stained our brand new tub! YUK! I’ve slowly been able to clean it…but I want to know why this happened. Help please!

I enjoy going to the sauna at the gym because I feel so relaxed after the process. However, I wonder if I can achieve the same results at home in the shower. Has anyone tried this? How can I incorporate aromatherapy?
Looking for a jacuzzi suite for 0 or less in Toronto, preferably downtown. Would be staying there in February for one night. Any recommendations?
I think i want to buy an infrared sauna therapy because yesterday my friends talking about it.they said that infrared sauna therapy is good for home therapy. I wonder how it’s look like. Can anyone suggest me where can i learn about infrared sauna therapy and also it’s benefit to our health.
It’s my boyfriend and I’s first anniversary coming up in a couple of weeks and we’re looking for a really sexy hotel to stay at and REALLY want a hot tub or jacuzzi in the room. We were thinking of somewhere like the Pelirocco in Brighton but a bit closer to home. We live in Devon so somewhere in the South West would be best. Any suggestions?
Is it accepted at pools if you decide to take off your swimming suits, wrap up in a towel and proceed to a sauna or steam room? Or must you wear a swim suit under it?
