I’m looking for old type of sauna bath in Manila. Sauna Bath where I can find sexy ladies wearing short skirt and giving extra service, kung san kapag pasok ka pipili ka ng girl sa salamin. I hope you can help me find this place, pllssssssssssssssssss.
I remember being at one, but I forgot the exact name of the hotel. It was near Disneyland and the suite had 2 bedrooms a jacuzzi in the back and two bathrooms plus a living room.
What are the benefits of using one from the other? I hear people arguing that saunas are better than steam rooms. And I’ve also heard the same argument reversed.
Right now I’m on the treadmill for 30-mins. Then I do a solid 15-minutes of abdominals. Just this week started lifting weights. (Working exclusively on my chest right now) After I’m done I love to sit in the whirlpool (Jacuzzi) for 15-mins. Should I introduce the sauna or the steam room after my workouts? (Please don’t take away my whirlpool)

It’s for my girlfriend and I. Do you know of a place that has the jacuzzi in the middle of the room? Thanks
My friend has a sauna built into her house. It is made of wood and there are coals in one corner that you heat. I’ve heard that you’re supposed to pour water over the coals. Is this true? We have no idea.
Also, are you just supposed to sit inside and drink water, or do you get out and shower in between?
So basically, how do saunas work?
I had absolutely no idea where to categorize this question.
What hotel or motel near the boardwalk has a jacuzzi in the room? Thanks!
The YMCA keeps their sauna at 190 degrees. How long would you suggest I stay in it?
I am going to he spa at mandalay bay in las vegas. I know for the massage you get undressed in the privacy of the room. But what happens if you want to enjoy the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi also. I know they have the side for women only but do you wear a swim suit in the jacuzzi, steam room? I have a guy friend that goes and he says the guys don’t wear anything and i was wondering if thats just the way guys are or does it apply to the women too.
