I personally love the sauna (being the Finnish guy I am) but I’m just wondering what the effects of it are, both good and bad.
My opinion is that the sauna is extremely healthy for you, but I just want to know what it really is. I’ve heard some people say it have some negative effects too. If so, what are they?
I see all these pictures of totally tiled jacuzzi’s, but how do they get in to repair something if necessary? As you can see I’m a first timer! Thanks!
Every time I go to the gym I use the sauna, I don’t want to keep taking my phone in there (to keep time) for fear that the heat and moisture might hurt my phone.
I naturally have very thick, dry, and brittle hair. I am taking up bikram yoga and was wondering if anyone know how I would proctect my hair from all that heat. I’ve noticed when I sit in a sauna for 20 mins. I’ve noticed that my hair gets super dry and more damaged.
what is the best regimen or way to keep a jacuzzi/ water clean? 4 person jacuzzi.
I have heard that maintaining & cleaning a jacuzzi is not easy and bacteria tends to grow in the pipes/jets which is a health hazard. We are building a house and I need advice as to whether we should put a jacuzzi in the master bathroom. I think we would be using the jacuzzi about once a month or so (maximum).
Is it painful to maintain a jacuzzi? Anybody with experience?
Thanks!
How many pounds does the average person take off (water pounds) in the sauna? Just curious.
